Working within the private sector and identifying an area to deliver capital works S&T solutions was founded.
A vast quantity of works being delivered within both the private sector and industrial saw delays due to oversights from both contractual level and expenditure level.
From this we set out to ensure an attention to detail covering not only the delivery but contracts management, H&S and surveyance assurance.
From start to finish we not only ensure transparency but all planning, meetings, agendas and assurances.
This has seen ourselves propelled into working into all sectors delivering to high specification details in both the commercial, industrial and private sectors .
